Worthing: where are the classes held?
Our Worthing antenatal classes are held in Brewhouse & Kitchen on Wykeham Road in their lovely Beechwood Hall function room. The venue has parking onsite and can be easily accessed from Worthing and West Worthing train station.

Who runs the classes?
Meet Liv.
Liv is one of the Midwives that runs our antenatal classes in Worthing. She graduated from The University of Brighton and now works as a Midwife on labour ward, the postnatal ward, antenatal ward and triage. In her spare time Liv enjoys running and is planning to undertake a half marathon soon. She also loves getting a coffee in the Laines! She says 'I am looking forward to meeting you. I hope you finish the course feeling confident about the journey into parenthood, as well as meeting some new friends!'
How does this differ to NCT classes in Worthing?
The reason NCT springs to mind first for many people when thinking about antenatal classes is because the classes have been around since the 1950s. For many decades they were the only form of antenatal classes available. This means many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case.
The NCT is a charity and instructors complete a degree course to teach the classes. All Happy Parents Happy Baby instructors are midwives and doctors so have a degree but also thousands of hours of practical experience working in birth centres and hospitals.
Unlike NCT classes, our antenatal classes all include hypnobirthing and baby first aid at no extra cost. At the time of writing, NCT classes in Worthing are priced at £269, compared to £199 for Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes. NCT classes in Worthing are held at Hope Hive, whereas our classes take place at Worthing Brewhouse & Kitchen so you can relax and make the most of socialising with your course mates.
Our local community
Most of the people coming on our Worthing course are from Worthing. The course is also popular with those living in neighbouring areas of Lancing and Goring-by-Sea.
