Epsom: where are the classes held?
Our Epsom antenatal classes take place in the private room at the Rising Sun Pub on Heathcote Road which is a short walk from Epsom station.

Who runs the classes?
Meet Issy
Issy is one of the midwives who teaches our Epsom antenatal classes. Issy is a community midwife who loves supporting woman in the antenatal and postnatal period. She has been qualified for 3 years now and trained at the University of Surrey.
How does this differ to NCT classes in Epsom?
The reason NCT springs to mind first for many people when thinking about antenatal classes is because the classes have been around since the 1950s. For many decades they were the only form of antenatal classes available. This means many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case.
The NCT is a charity and instructors complete a degree course to teach the classes. All Happy Parents Happy Baby instructors are midwives and doctors so have a degree but also thousands of hours of practical experience working in birth centres and hospitals.
Unlike NCT classes, our antenatal classes all include hypnobirthing and baby first aid at no extra cost. At the time of writing, NCT classes near Epsom are priced at £369, compared to £199 for Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes. NCT classes near Epsom take place at Holiday Inn Express - Epsom Downs, whereas our classes take place at Rising Sun pub so you can relax and make the most of socialising with your course mates.

Most of the people coming on our Epsom course are from Epsom. The course is also popular with those living in neighbouring areas of Cheam, Ewell, Sutton, Ashtead, Claygate, Oxshott and Leatherhead.
